Zabbix Java Gateway - I had to release port 49230 and 12345

I am in an environment with very restricted access and it must remain so. So for Tomcat monitoring to work on a Windows 2012 R2 server, through the firewall logs (after I enabled it, because the default is not to generate), I found that before dropping port 12345, packets arriving at the port were being dropped 49230. What would that communication be on port 49230? Can it vary? All I did was in a testing environment, next Monday I will now ask an IT guy to release the production Windows machine for port 12345 and port 49230. Or could it not be port 49230? Is there a page in the Zabbix documentation that talks about this release for JMX monitoring?
In fact, input-only releases are required.
