Did you try to use a standard template "Template SNMP Interfaces" ?

truly speaking from when I use the low level discovery (LLD) with SNMP, I do not need to have templates specifically for the switch Cisco or HP etc etc ...
Attach my template with the hope that it will come in handy.

I get this type of reply
Cannot find value map "NetworkStatus" used for item prototype "{#SNMPVALUE} (interface) - Link Status" of discovery rule "Switch Interface" on "Template Switch Discovery Interface".

Value map for "NetworkStatus" is the same as "SNMP interface status (ifOperStatus)"

So, you can edit the template(Notepad/Notepad++/vi/nano) and replace one name to different.
Then, try to import it again.

I modified them to my own needs, Basically I made my own template took what I needed from there and discarded the rest. Hope that helps you out.

Add this "Value Mapping" into your server :

"NetworkStatus"
1 ⇒ up
2 ⇒ down
3 ⇒ testing
4 ⇒ unknown
5 ⇒ dormant
6 ⇒ notPresent
7 ⇒ lowerLayerDown
