Zabbix 5.0.5 Help needed to migrate templates / config
Hi All,
I am new to the Zabbix world and need a little advice.
I'm sorry if this has been asked before, i did try to search for it but could not find the specific answer i needed.
Currently I have Zabbix 2.4 running on RHEL 7 VM with MariaDB
I have recently installed Zabbix 5.0 onto a new RHEL 7 VM with MySQL DB
I have 2 questions -
1. How do i migrate the config (so stuff like templates / hosts / groups / etc) from Zabbix 2.4 to Zabbix 5.0?
2. Zabbix 2.4 currently monitors around 100 boxes, each of these boxes has had the Zabbix 2.4 agent installed - can the config for the existing agent be updated to use with Zabbix 5.0 or do i need to remove the existing agent completely and install the Zabbix 5.0 agent?
Any help with the above will be appreciated
