Zabbix Integration with Jira

I am currently working on integrating Zabbix with Jira. As per the current integration tickets are being generated on jira whenever a new problem event occurs. But i have not been able to find a way to update Jira tickets when a update operation is done on the problem event on Zabbix.

In the Action under "update operations", i have selected "notify all involved" with "default media type" as the same media type used for creating tickets on jira. But am not seeing any updates on the ticket.

Also, the "recovery operation" only adds a comment in the jira ticket and does not close the ticket.

Am i missing something here??

I have managed to create the ticket for me, add comments and so on, but I need to be able to close if the alert recovers.
