    Troubleshooting Media Types

    I'm still very green to Zabbix and finding my way around. I am trying to make use of Telegram to get the alerts from Zabbix but oddly enough the alerts fail with this message:
    Sending failed: Bad Request: chat not found.

    When I use the test option and replace "{SEND.TO}" with my telegram ID, it works without issue. I have configured the account to have media type so it is triggering but I'm not clear why it's failing. Looking at the script I see a call to Zabbix.Log - I'm guessing that this is the "Action Log" under reports but it too doesn't have any further info - I see the message, my ID and the same message under info.

    What can I do to troubleshoot this further? Something like what is shown in the Open Log of the test box would be handy as it feels like there is a character or something missing..

    I am running Zabbix 5.0 and am in the process of fleshing the system out.
