It is because net.tcp.listen does not falls in simple checks. It requires communication with zabbix-agent.
Here is the list of simple checks : https://www.zabbix.com/documentation.../simple_checks

The correct simple check key would be
      Code:
      net.tcp.listen[,,3389]

        Code:
        net.tcp.listen[port]
        - not simple check, but agent.

for rdp test you tray use net.tcp.service[tcp,,3389]

            Hello

I have problem like this: Atachment

I just want to check if rdp connection is possible - I have a problem with that

I don't know where this problem comes from: Invalid first parameter

            I have tried various entries:

            net.tcp.port[rdp]
            net.tcp.port[,3389]
            net.tcp.listen[,,3389]

at some point he showed up another error:

            unsupported items

What am I doing wrong ?

              Hi enik9123,
If you use net.tcp.service[] with a simple check, the first argument is the protocol name. Not a port number.

And, I don't think the following item keys were in the simple check.
              Code:
              net.tcp.port[rdp]
              net.tcp.port[,3389]
              net.tcp.listen[,,3389]
If you want to use the simple check, as dimir wrote above, shouldn't you use the following item keys?
              Code:
              net.tcp.service[,,3389]

rdp is not in service list
service - possible values: ssh, ldap, smtp, ftp, http, pop, nntp, imap, tcp, https, telnet
Closest you can do probably is specifying "tcp".
                    net.tcp.service[tcp,,3389]
Just in case you can specify IP there also. net.tcp.service[tcp,<insert your IP here>,3389]

unfortunately it still did not work

I wonder if I do not need to add configuration in the agent (windows agent)?

It has been confirmed that the value can be obtained if the item key is written by cyber. (net.tcp.service[tcp,,3389])
Simple check does the check directly from Zabbix server, so Zabbix agent settings are irrelevant.

So I specify tcp as a service. I haven't specified rdp because it's not supported. In the Zabbix 6.0 environment I have, I can get the value.

If simple check from server/proxy towards a host does not return anything, maybe you have some FW rules in place, which just do not allow you to connect to that port...
