Trigger only after multiple failures

I am trying to avoid triggering alarms unless the failure has happened 3 times sequentially. In this case if the temperature of some coolant is below 35C for three sequential occasions. The base code for a single failure is as follows.

{Sensors1.ukdc1.dcops:bas700.set2.coolanttemp.last ()}<35
