This is my first dive into SNMP v3 and it doesn't appear to work as expected.
I have added a host and a test item which is just polling the sysName.
Under items on that host it has the red exclamation mark and the error "
Cannot connect to "192.168.1.253:161": Authentication failure (incorrect password, community or key)."
However, if I open the item and use the test function, it works fine, it returns the sysName of the host.
Go back to the host and the item still has the same error.
Unsure on where to start trying to resolve this one.
