zbx 5.0 how to disable the sending of 'escalation disabled' messages for some actions

Hi,
we have actions defined to send phone calls (via script)

In Zabbix 5.0 we didn't find a option to disable 'escalation disabled' messages for this actions. (before in zabbix 4.0 they weren't sent if no recovery operation was set)
Do you know a way how to get this done?

Maybe this is not a new topic and I was searching wrong.

Have to push this with another question related to this:
There are message templates for several things as I saw but not for 'Escalation cancelled'. Thats really bad because the 'Escalation cancelled' message for our type 'mail' suffers a good subject.

Will have a look into the database but would be nice to have options in the gui. Or maybe I don't see them.

Edit: Ok, I looked into this again and the 'Escalation cancelled' could be passed by the message template for problem. Will test it.

Nobody has a hint for that?
