Media types - insert Host Description in message

I would like to insert Host description in message template. I try to do this witch macros, but without success.
Now my message template is the default, for "Problem":
Host: {HOST.NAME}
Problema iniziato alle {EVENT.TIME} del {EVENT.DATE}
Nome del problema: {EVENT.NAME}
Severity: {EVENT.SEVERITY}
Operational data: {EVENT.OPDATA}
Original problem ID: {EVENT.ID}
{TRIGGER.URL}

I would like to insert for exemple:
Location: {$HOST.DESCR}

Hi there.

Please reference a list of supported macro. You will see, that host description is {HOST.DESCRIPTION} and not {$HOST.DESCR}.
