    vmware no communication

    Can not get vmware macro to work and nothing of value in the server.log even after turning them up.

          What is 10.10.13.5 in your vCenter1 Host definition? This should be the Zabbix server so 127.0.0.1 should suffice. Also, did you configure the VMware parameters in the zabbix_server.conf file or setup an override file for them? I believe they are commented out by default.

              Very strange I posted this in Jan 2022 (look at log output) but the post indicates Aug 1, 2022. I moved on to a different product do to the lack of response. Appreciate the response.

                  Could you try with just 'zabbix1' as username?
                  You could also try to set the zabbix agent with DNS instead of IP.

                  Can you add your ESXI hosts?
