ERROR "Unsupported item key."
Hey guys. I'm setting up a script on my zabbix so that it automatically opens tickets on my OTRS platform when an alarm comes up. The script works normally when my own zabbix server has some kind of alert, this zabbix server and OTRS are on the same HYPERV. In my zabbix, I am monitoring another server, outside HYPERV, but in the same LAN, but when an alert appears on this server, the script does not work and returns the error: "Unsupported item key."
