    Zabbix 6: how do I define the root cause of a service (sla)?

    I'm not understanding this new format. Until Zabbix 5, I linked a trigger to the SLA. Now, I don't know how I define the root cause. In the service editing window I see problem tags but I can't understand this new format, how should I do it.

    I have the same problem. You cant tag a trigger that is part of a template.
    So it seems that you need templates per host to change the tag.
