Cannot close problem even manually close enable

Hi

I have an issue with Windows service discovery, it discover some services with random character at the end and say that they are not started.

The close manually is greyout, so I go into the trigger prototype to enable manually close.


But, even I did that, nothing change, I cannot close the problem... I wait a few days...

Is there a way to remove this problems ?

Adjust your discovery rules so those random services will not be discovered...

I did this, but it does nothing for the existing alerts wich stay displayed.

You can then just delete the extra items that should not be discovered anymore. The problems will then be deleted automatically.
