    Asterisk SIP/IAX2 and PEERS/TRUNKS discovery

Is there any way to get a list of which trunks/peers are on or off?

Asterisk operates with the concept of "channel" and the question is not easy....
You can use the output of the shell command like this "asterisk -x 'iax2 show peers' " or " asterisk -x 'pjsip show endpoints' " and process it with shell tools.
Or use ARI to get information about channels and process the received data in JS preprocessing. https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/displ...I+and+Channels

      Hi Arneiro,

Did you find a solution to your question about getting a list of trunks/peers that are on or off in Asterisk? I have a similar issue where I need to know when a PJSIP endpoint no longer has any equipment attached so that I can trigger an alert. Can you please share if you discovered a solution?

      Thanks in advance!
