MySQL: Buffer pool efficiency

My Zabbix 6.0 server is getting a very low value for this item, .02. I think the value is the inverse of "buffer hit ratio", I'm getting very few actual buffer reads/sec but a lot of requests. How is this value interpreted? Is low good?

I would assume, that higher number is better. It means, that your more often used data is cached in memory and your get your results quicker.
