I have been tried this tutorial but though status is 'Sent' in Actions Log I don't receive the message in the email. Running the script echo "Message" | /usr/bin/mail -s "Body" "[email protected]" it's works like a charm. In /var/log/mail.log nothing appear of error. I am using ssmtp and gmail.
Anyone can help me?

Strange, for me it works. You can also update your Zabbix to 3. It works with smtps ok without any scripts, just standart email channel

I am using Zabbix 3.0 but I don't know how set fields for Gmail. smtp.gmail.com would be SMTP Server or SMTP helo? SSL in both or only host?
