I recently updated my containerized environment of Zabbix from 6.0.3 to 6.0.7 and noticed something curious:
SNMP connections to endpoints became very unstable. The connection gets lost sometimes for seconds, sometimes for minutes and hours.
A downgrade back to 6.0.3 "resolved" that issue again.
My setup:
- completely containerized with docker (zabbix-server-mysql:ubuntu-6.0.7)
- direct communication between server and endpoint, no proxy
- no changes in the network in between
