SNMP and monitoring Smartphone, Tablets and IOT devices

Is it possible to enable SNMP monitoring of Smartphones, Tablets, and IOT devices that allow it? I figured if the device had the option, it should be possible, however I havent seen any documentation on enabling snmp on android or ios devices.

For monitoring mobile devices(Android phones and tablets and Apple devices) you would have to use something called MDM (Mobile Device Management).
