Hello, Is it possible to rename an item from an official template?

Of course you can! Do whatever you want with them. :-)

I would like to change the name to "({#FSNAME}): Space utilization", but it doesn't allow. Is there any other way to rename?

You need to change it in the template where the prototype was originally described.
But you want to change in the template that inherited this prototype from another template. Edit the parent!
