Zabbix - Jira servicedesk Invalid Request key

Hi im trying to use the zabbix / jira integration but every time im trying it with a trigger i get this issue:



When im doing a test from the media types itself it works.

Anyone know how ot fix this?

Hello, did you solve this issue? I have the same problem with Jira integration, the task itself can be made trough test in media types, but when the actual trigger comes, there is that error with sending.

It ended up being a network issue, jira bot couldn't receive the task number from jira.
