How to send alerts from the Zabbix server to another server

I have two Zabbix servers, a Zabbix server on VM (All the data is here(hosts, trigger, action, etc.) and a new Zabbix server (new server- jest connect SMS) that is on the regular computer.
I created two servers because I connected SMS via a GSM modem that connects directly with USB to the second server.
now I search a solution to send the alerts from the main Zabbix server to the second one, In order to send an SMS when the alert get to the first one.
how can i configure it to send the alerts to the second one?

please help me to configure this.

1) Read and understand the documentation
2) on "sender" zabbix server create media = "Custom alertscripts" with call zabbix_sender (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...s/media/script + https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...oncepts/sender)
3) when the trigger is triggered, set up an action that will send the necessary data through the previously configured media
4) "on "reciver" zabbix server create item==trapper (https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...mtypes/trapper)
