Zabbix Agent2: Script topic questions

Hi there!

Information:
Zabbix-Version: 6.0.5
Zabbix-Agent: Zabbix Agent2
Monitored Host: Windows 10 Pro

I have a few questions regarding the execution of scripts on monitored hosts (Zabbix Agent2).
Firstly, I have succesfully created Items which retrieve values from the Zabbix Agent by executing a script.

1. Now, I want to run a script on the monitored host if an event is generated by a specific trigger. --> How may I achieve this?
2. And I also want to create a Script on the Zabbix Frontend which can be run manually. --> How may I achieve this?
3. Which user is used for executing scripts on a Windows Host (monitored by Zabbix Agent2).

Could someone please provide the necessary steps for me, so I can compare them with what I did so far and hopefully find my fault?

Note: I read the documentation, blogs, forums, youtube, etc. but it still doesn't work. I tried lots of different ways. That's why I am not describing what I did so far, cause it may be confusing.

What configuration is needed on the agent side in order for this to work?
I have tried this way and although the zabbix-agent.log says the commands have been executed, I do not see them taking effect on the machine.
