Hi Markku, thank you for your time and effort, after testing i concluded that the pings were correctly beeing preformed by the proxy, but for whatever reason it was not showing correctly on the frontend, it just seems like the box or something about the proxy itself was not right.
Since the installation was really small and i only needed to monitor 2 Hypervisors i decided to install a new machine to test on, so i used same iso (Ubuntu 22.04) as before, same links (Official zabbix) and it just worked like a charm.
So in the end i dont really know what was causing the issue, but i can start working on other things again.
I still have some others proxies to install, if the problem on a new installation happens again i will post under here, and try to figure out what is happening,
