    Suppress Messages for same trigger

    Hi everyone,

    I have the following problem:
    If an item is triggered multiple times (and by that I mean it goes on and off within a minute) then it can happen that in a short period of time several hundred messages end up in IT's inboxes.
    Is there a way to suppress the messages concerning a problem as soon as a message has already been sent for this trigger in the last 3 hours?
    The problem itself should of course still appear in the dashboards but the messages should no longer be sent.

    Read about the relationship between triggers, events and notifications upon events. Pay attention to the escalation.
