I have the following problem:
If an item is triggered multiple times (and by that I mean it goes on and off within a minute) then it can happen that in a short period of time several hundred messages end up in IT's inboxes.
Is there a way to suppress the messages concerning a problem as soon as a message has already been sent for this trigger in the last 3 hours?
The problem itself should of course still appear in the dashboards but the messages should no longer be sent.
