Active monitoring on zabbix for hosts behind NAT

I'm setting Zabbix agent for servers behind NAT in AWS VPC also, but I get error RED ZBX: Get value from agent failed: cannot connect to [[10.10.27.95]:10051]: [4] Interrupted system call
So can you share me the Zabbix agent conf
