SLA roll-up levels

Hi,

Running zabbix 2.4.7.

I am implementing SLA through IT Services. I have trees that go at least 3 levels down, and it seems that the numbers do not roll up to the top.

Example:

Parent 1 (SLA not rolled-UP with the below subcategories)
\- Subcategory 1 ( SLA rolled-up OK)
\\--items a monitored with trigger associated
\\--items b monitored with trigger associated
\- Subcategory 2 ( SLA rolled-up OK)
\\--items c monitored with trigger associated
\\--items d monitored with trigger associated

I would expect parent 1 to have the rolled-up SLA number too? But if anything below failed, it will not show in Parent 1.

Hi,

I am assuming this was a way a weird way of viewing, based on the bar widget which shows the last 20% only and hid the stuff.

The roll-up is working fine it seems, based on a a trigger 3rd level down that went up to the parent today.
