SLA Report for ISP Uptime by ICMP ping response/ pingloss

Hi Team,

We want to create SLA for Internet Lease line Uptime.
We have created Host with ICMP ping template, we need SLA report based on Unavailable by ICMP ping for those hosts ( Internet lease lines) with weekly/monthly uptime percentage But not able to create SLA report for the same.
Kindly help with steps.

What is the problem with SLA ?
Don't you understand the documentation? https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...al/it_services
Or are you doing everything correctly, but error messages (which ones) appear?
Or the result does not meet your expectations?

Actually We want Uptime Monitor for our Lease lines , We have added Host with ICMP/Ping Template, We want monthly/ quarterly uptime report by SLA%
