Do you check all those items also with less than 5s interval? What would be the point of constant refreshing, if data itself does not change ..?

Just a warning, by doing that you are about to flood your database with many SELECTS (take a look in the CPU of you database server) , your Web Front-end Server with even more requests and very probably it will cause a 504 Timeout or Bad Gateway.

When you share the dashboard set up with10s of refresh-interval between the users, the dashboard will act like a DDOS attack (conceptually speaking).

In the best scenario, only that dashboard will turn irresponsive for anyone who try to use it, other dshboards will keep working with a little lag in the refresh.

Well, my team and me spend almost 15h to find that after a Level 1 analyst made a dashboard with 10s of refresh-interval and raise the hell in our ZABBIX production environment.
