Zabbix Discovery for Virtual Networks

We are exploring a solution where Zabbix can be used as a discovery tool. I wanted to know if Zabbix has the capability to perform Virtual network discovery. Is there a way to distinguish between the physical and virtual hosts in discovery. Also can Zabbix perform Kubernetes cluster discovery as well along with VNF/CNF discovery. Appreciate some help on this topic

Zabbix is not a discovery tool (if you think as BMC Discovery for example) .. Yes it has discovery options for certain cases, but it all relates to setting up monitoring of those things ..

I do agree its main purpose is monitoring. Does it have the capability to discover the virtual network infrastructure, Kubernetes cluster and the VNF/CNF deployed for monitoring. We intend to first discover both the physical and virtual network first and then get the related monitoring metrics.
