I have the following scenario in the company.
Monitor some Dell clients and servers use a template Dell Open Manage. On some servers the template collects data usually provided when the template is configured on the hosts, but in others the template when linked starts pulling the data correctly and runs down slowly and the items become unsupported if I enter the proxy customer and give a restart or force-reload the template back to work.
Has anyone experienced a similar scenario? What can be a solution to this problem?
