            Balaraju,

You should install zabbix-java-gateway on the same machine where is your Apache tomcat installed.

                Balaraju,

If you want to use net.tcp.service, then you can monitor your web by using "simple checks".

                Example:
                Type: Simple check
                key: net.tcp.service[http,]

more info you can read in documentation:

net.tcp.service[http,] After http the symbol (,) Should be there or not. And
How can we create trigger for this if http service is down/up i should get mail.

The zabbix-java-gateway doesn't need to be on your tomcat server. I run mine on each zabbix proxy, but it could be on the zabbix server or a standalone system.

I move as much as I can off my zabbix server for performance reasons.
