How can change interval time in barchart

I have created a barchart and according to attach pic interval time that is showing is about every 6 minutes but I want change to every 1 minutes How can do it ?
Also I have other question Is that possible show latest data or last value at the top of each line ?

What do you mean by "interval time"? Is it the item's "update interval"? The Graph widget "time period"? Or maybe the Dashboard time period selector?

No. I don't think that is possible out-of-the-box.

My means from interval time : Please see x-axis 21;29 and next one 21:36 and ...... I want it shows every minutes . 21:29 , 21:30 , 21:31 , .....

If I'm not mistaken, while you are configuring it, the Graph widget always shows the time axis (X) within an hour time span. I don't think this is configurable.
After you configure your Graph, it will be added to the Dashboard and you'll be able to choose your time period.

After creating your Graph, select a small time period so that the graph will adjust its time axis to smaller values.
