HP DL380 Gen10 Plus iLO by SNMP can not collect disk information

    Dear support team,
I config SNMP for monitoring HP DL380 Gen10 Plus iLO, then can collect the discover items like: FAN, CPU temperature,... however don't have any data collected about RAID controller, physical disk, virtual disk.
Even I manually excute the discover, still no data collected about it.
I don't know why, please support me!
Template I am using: HP iLO by SNMP, DL380 by SNMP.
    Zabbix version: 6.4

Make sure SNMP agent is available. Did you check it in zabbix latest data?

Sure, the SNMP agent is available because I can collect another data about FAN, CPU temperature... except disk information

Please verify the OID value of disks. It might be different.

You can use any MiB Browser like IPHost Network monitor. https://iphostmonitor.com/

I don't understand, you are suggesting me use another monitoring tool IPHost Network monitor? My target is use Zabbix to monitoring iLO disk drive.

Suggesting you to check only OID value. This tool has inbuilt browser which will help you to find the OID value.

                  OID is correct.
I don't know why Zabbix cannot discover and create items related disk information, only can discover PSU, temperature and FAN?

You claim, that "OID is correct", but how did you verify that? Can you do snmpwalk towards the same OID-s that are used in disk array discovery? Any results?
Do you have any errors displayed for this particular discovery? (look for a red "!" in discovery list)

This is OID of Physical Disk Discovery: discovery[{#SNMPVALUE},1.3.6.1.4.1.232.3.2.5.1.1.5,{#DISK_LO CATION},1.3.6.1.4.1.232.3.2.5.1.1.64]
It's include {#DISK_LOCATION} so I don't know how to check with snmp walk.
