Problem sending notification (but when i test it works)

Hi,
I'm trying to send notifications of any triggers that happens, I configured the telegram with a bot and MS Teams with the application of zabbix, when I make the test a message appears in teams and telegram but when a trigger is shot it doesn't appears.
I have two users, one for telegram and another for teams, they have admin role and they are in the Zabbix administrators group.
In configuration > actions > trigger actions I have the "Report problems to Zabbix administratos" with all the triggers,
The users in the media have enabled all severitys.
¿What type of problem can be?

Have you check in Action Log in Report tab. Do it showing the Information as Sent?

I deleted the server so i will check when the new server will be configured

Do your users have permissions to see those hosts/problems in Zabbix. If those are regular Admin accounts, they will only see problems in their assigned hostgroups. Zabbix Administrators group does not necessarily see every problem.

That's can be the problem but i tried with super administrator role too.

Solved, the problem was that i don't enable the trigger actions to send the notification.
