So I have an alert set to send an email with the information about the trigger to the administrators group. There are two people in the group myself and my boss. I have a media mapped using LDAP to my email, he does not. I am not receiving any emails. I have gone to "Alerts" > "Media Types" > "Email" and tested the email function. When I do that I am able to receive emails. When I go to the problem and update it, it says an email was sent to me and failed going to my boss (expected). The issue is I never received the email and I have checked in office 365, it was not quarantined, failed, or delivered. It is no where to be seen. In the action log the only thing shown is the times that it failed to send to my boss. Anyone know how to fix this.

Zabbix won't send an email when alert is triggered.
