    Help me Install zabbix agent offline on linux, ubuntu,......... T_T

    Dear support friends

    I am using zabbix server version 6.4. Currently, I have installed zabbix agent offline for windows.

    I would like to ask for your support and instructions to help me install zabbix agent offline for linux and ubuntu or other operating systems.

    I searched for information online and downloaded the installation package to install offline. After installing, the zabbix server said it was not supported.

    In case I install online, Linux: Get filesystems is supported.

      Sorry, can anyone help me find the reason for the "get file system" item error?

      Currently, I have installed offline zabbix agent for ubuntu 18.0 LTS but it does not support the "get file system" item when connecting to zabbix server 6.4​

          Hi,
          Do other items work properly on this host?

          Send a screenshot of the configuration of this item "Get filesystems"​.

          From zabbix server run test command:
          zabbix_get -s [IPUbuntuTest] -p 10050 -k vfs.fs.get

              You need to remove [] from the command
              zabbix_get -s 172.86.1.139 -p 10050 -k vfs.fs.get

                ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED: Unsupported item key.

                  Hello Vermizz,

                  My host is currently using ubuntu18.0 and I have installed offline version zabbix-agent_2.0.9-1_amd64.deb.
                  This offline zabbix agent session was just installed for my ubuntu18.0. I tried the offline version of zabbix_agent but it says it doesn't support ubuntu 18

                  The point to note here is that if I install zabbix_agent online for Ubuntu 18.0, the item "vfs.fs.get" is supported.

                  Zabbix agent 2.0.9 is very old.
                  How you install this package?

                  btw if the server is offline can you download the package locally and send it to it using winscp?
                  Can you do this:
                  1. Download the package from: ​https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/6.4/u...8.04_amd64.deb
                  If you need other version check: https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/6.4/u...main/z/zabbix/
                  2. Install package:sudo apt install /path/to/package/name.deb

                      Very thank you. My host dowload and install zabbix-agent_6.4.6-1+ubuntu18.04_amd64.deb --> fix item not support
