Alert from dashboard isn't clearing though zabbix_get/latest data works fine

Hello All,

I have a weird situation in case of one of my added windows server w.r.to. agent not reachable trigger. I see that this trigger is populated under my dashboard under host status. Where as, i have agent up and running on that machine, latest data looks fine, and zabbix_get works fine too.
But below trigger is not disappearing from dashboard/host status


Trigger Window has below details:

Severity - Warning 	
Status - PROBLEM	
Info - 	
Last change - 04 Aug 2016 13:42:58  	
Age - 1m 24d 1h
Acknowledged - Acknowledged
Host	- ABC-DEF-DC1
Name - Zabbix agent on ABC-DEF-DC1 - 192.168.1.1 is unreachable for 5 minutes	
Comments - Add

Corresponding Event window for that host has below details

Time	- 04 Aug 2016 13:42:58
Description - Zabbix agent on ABC-DEF-DC1 - 192.168.1.1 is unreachable for 5 minutes	
Status - PROBLEM	
Severity - Warning
Duration - 1m 24d 1h
Ack - Yes (1) 
Actions - 4	1

Point to be noted is, when i disable that host from monitoring this line disappeares under host status on dashboard, and when enabled it just comes back. When the latest data is up , zabbix_get works fine that means agent is reachable, isn't this trigger should have disappeared long back? (just a question)

Can somebody help me to understand why this PROBLEM has not cleared, or any pointers on making it disappear would be of great help

Same Problem for me too.
Problems occur after Update 3.0 to 3.2.
