    Zabbix network traffic

    Hi @all,
does anyone know if it is possible to create a rule to filter incoming traffic from different networks? For example, track the incoming traffic on the server X from the 192.168.1.0/24 network?

    Thanks all.

yes. with iptables or some open source tool. I know for sure one of the open source tools will count traffic for network traffic that you choose using the linux kernel and you can just query the kernel using a cli command and put it into zabbix.

It's been many years since i've done this and I don't recall the details but its possible.

I don't think it was a question about counting traffic.
Limiting is dead simple with iptables, though.
