Problem with allowing external connections on Zabbix Server

    Hello,

I just downloaded and set up zabbix frontend on a Ubuntu 22.04 VM.

My problem now is that I am not able to add external servers to monitor or connect to the frontend using the public IP adress (http://PublicIP/zabbix)
I can only access it internally with the local IP (192.168. etc etc)

Do I have to open certain port, mess up with the firewall or router?

Note that the Zabbix Server is hosted under a VM on my windows 11 computer at my house, I don't know exactly where to go as I usually used zabbix at work which was hosted inside a Exsi Vmware under a external server host (OVH).

    Thank you for your help.
