Zabbix apc ups by snmp, hot to trigger when power off ?

    Hi!

I'm monitoring some apc ubs using snmp with default template (https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/apc_ups_snmp)

But i wanted to create a trigger when power off in the unity but i don't know what item can i use to put the trigger. Somebody help me, please?

Because sometimes in this unity the energy goes off and the apc start using the battery mode and not triggered us when the power is off.

So you want a trigger, when input power is cut? There seems already be one trigger about this
{#PHASEINDEX}: Unacceptable phase {#PHASEINDEX} input voltage

Yes, that's it but my apc ups is not discovering this item, i don't know why... I'll have to discover why this item and trigger is not discovering... Do you have any idea?

Is there any errors for discovery? Are they in some reason "not supported"? Can you do similar discovery form command line (snmpwalk answers with enough data?)? Too many unanswered questions.. But nothing I can really help with. You need to investigate locally...

Thanks, is kind of complicated to discover what is real reason that's not working. Thank you, Cyber!
    Working...
