    SNMPv3 Unsupported privacy protocol [0]

    I have 2 zabbix servers
test- this is an appliance base on almalinux 8 (downloaded from zabbix site)
prod - base on the rockylinux 9
    Both servers are 6.4.14
On the test server I monitor printers using the snmp protocol. I export the templates and settings of these printers to the prod and only one is communicate with printer. I get a message Unsupported privacy protocol [0]. This is really something I do not understand

    I found out.
My priters use DES as a encryption algorithm for secure communication. There is some changes to the system management.
Data Encryption Standard (DES) algorithm is not available for net-snmp communication in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9

DES has been declared as unsecure for years already... No wonder newer platforms disable it by default.
