Customise individual disk space alert trigger limits

When using the various OS templates that monitor disk space use, how can I adjust the trigger levels for each discovered disk? As I can see it, I'm running Zabbix v7, the available macros are generic across all the disks for the host, so when a server has a 500GB C: drive and a 100TB D: drive, having triggers set at 80% and 90% makes no sense for the D: drive but there is no separate macro just for the D: drive.
