For the logic's sake, you should do everything via templates.
This gives you maximum flexibility and you can switch off the trigger for all assigned hosts.
You wrote above that you use a custom template... you can use this to switch off the trigger globally.
By the way, I find your descriptions a little confusing and think you should watch a few videos on YouTube.
I think the operation of Zabbix is explained very well here.
Alternatively, training is certainly recommended - with 300 servers it's worth it.

Although this video is a bit older, it explains how to use templates quite well - in my opinion.

You can also use the filter options on the interface.
Go to the trigger configuration of a host and enter the name of the trigger there.
Then remove the host name and you will see all hosts that use the trigger.
You can deactivate the trigger via the multiple selection.

      Hi Lewis,

can you tell us more information?
      Wich Template do you use?
Are there any macros here that you can customize?
You can adjust the threshold value if necessary.

        Hi Daniel,

We use a custom template so we can add to that
We can create macros if needed

We would like to just disable if possible

Maybe I don't understand you correctly... but why don't you just disable the trigger?

            HI,

We are not able to find the trigger so that is why we cannot disable it

If you click on the trigger in the Problem Dashboard, you can open the Trigger Configuration.
You can then also see which template the trigger comes from.
You can deactivate the trigger there.

                Hi Daniel,

Are we able to make this trigger into a template as we have more than 300 servers connected to zabbix server so we do not want to go into each server and disable it

Hope to hear from you soon
