State of service Primary label

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to get the name of a service to display in my honeycomb widgets.
I am using the state of service item in item patterns to show if the service is running but no matter what I use in the text field of the primary label I cannot seem to get just the name of the service to display which looks awful when sent out as a scheduled report.
Has anyone managed to figure out how to do this?
