Sound notification settings in Zabbix

We’re trying to adjust the sound notification settings in Zabbix and would appreciate some help with the following issue:
We want to monitor problems for a specific group of hosts with sound notifications. Currently, the sound notification is enabled, but it’s alerting all hosts rather than just the specific group we want. Additionally, we’re facing some challenges with the configuration we’re trying to implement. Here are the main points:
Sound Notification by Host Group: We need the sound notification to be activated only for a specific group of hosts and not for all hosts, as is currently happening.
Disable Sound Notification for Certain Equipment: In our tests, disabling the trigger made the sound notification work correctly, but introduced a new problem. Equipment like phones, for which we don’t want sound notifications, ends up with a status of "OK" rather than "Down". This is problematic when we need to perform maintenance, as the "OK" status can be misleading.
Maintenance and Map Visualization: If we set the hosts to "maintenance" mode, they don’t trigger the sound and maintain their status, which is exactly what we need. However, this adds a "maintenance" status to the map view, making visualization difficult. We need a way to disable the sound notification and maintain the status without showing the "maintenance" status on the maps.
Since we are beginners with Zabbix, we might be approaching this issue incorrectly. Is there a way to configure Zabbix to meet all these requirements?
