problem of zabbix agent in windows

I am monitoring MS SQL server and IIS in windows server 2016 through zabbix 3.2 and the agent is installed on the server.
I have configured zabbix agent in active mode.
when i start the zabbix-agent service after some seconds it stops.
i reviewed the logs says "App crash" has happened.

try adding Debug to zabbix_agent conf maybe it will get more info

You may be running Zabbix 3.2 on your monitoring server, but this system with the crashing agent has version 2.4.1. If you're going to run an agent from the 2.4 series, at least use the latest version in the series. There have been lots of fixes since version 2.4.1.

Dear All,

i have Zabbix agent 6.4.0 installed on windows server 2019 and every couple of hours the following error comes up : Receiving an error Zabbix 111 connection refused?

and the service is stopped.

I have found an error log in windows event viewer and found the following :
