    Jira ServiceDesk Integration Issue

    Hi,

I've updated the Zabbix installation on Ubuntu and suddenly Jira SD integration stopped working. I am getting this error
Sending failed: Request failed with status code 404: "Cannot find issue" Check debug log for more information
However, if I go to Media then Jira ServiceDesk the incident is logged on Jira.

    Any help?

    Thanks,
    Abed

Hi, can you try updating the media types if you haven't already?

      Hi,

      I have the same issue
Sending failed: Request failed with status code 404: "Vorgang kann nicht gefunden werden" Check debug log for more information.
I am not sure what "updating the media types" means.
I opened "media types" and then Jira ServiceDesk" and checked jira_password, jira_request_type_id, jira_servicedesk_id, jira_url and jira_user.
Then I clicked on "update". But the issue still exists.

When I tested the media type manually a ticket in Jira Service Desk online got created.

Is there a solution for this?

      Thanks!

ok, im answering to my own question
        1. go to https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/...Frelease%2F7.0
        2. follow the instruction:
"2. In the "Administration -> Media types" section, import the media_jira_servicedesk.yaml"
        3. save https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/...Frelease%2F7.0 as a file with the name "media_jira_servicedesk.yaml"
        4. open your zabbix instance and go to Alerts > Media types
        5. open the Media type "Jira ServiceDesk" and make a backup of jira_password, jira_request_type_id, jira_servicedesk_id, jira_url and jira_user.
        6. close the Media type "Jira ServiceDesk" by clicking on "cancel" and click on "Import" in the upper right
        7. select the file media_jira_servicedesk.yaml
        8. select "Update existing" and click on import (this will also overwrite the media type settings)
        9. open the Media Type "Jira ServiceDesk" and restore the settings for jira_password, jira_request_type_id, jira_servicedesk_id, jira_url and jira_user.
        10. close the Media Type "Jira ServiceDesk" by clicking on "Update"
The media type should work again.
