Getting monthly metrics in numbers.

I am wondering if I have Zabbix monitoring a connection such as a ping and provide numbers such as the average ping for a month and email it.

Zabbix 6.0 and later support scheduled reports: https://www.zabbix.com/documentation...config/reports

You build a dashboard with the information you want in the report, then schedule that dashboard to be emailed to the configured users.

I'm on 6.0 LTS version. Can you tell me how I would put the wanted values in the dashboard?

You need to create a dashboard, that contains all your required data. That scheduled reporting thing just generates the report based on that as pdf and sends to you by email...

Thanks. I do understand that I need to create the dashboard. I have been fiddling with it. So far I get the impression that I need to create an Item Value type widget and that is displaying the ping ms at the current time.
If I am on the right track, I would need to change the description {ITEM.NAME} to something else to get the average of last month.
